We understand that quality is not an option but an integral and essential part of our operations. Hence we have developed a dedicated QA department which regularly prepares issues and updates our QA policies.

QA experts are engaged in preparing, revising and distributing finest quality pharmaceutical products. Stored in central record room in Q.A dept documentation control as per respective SQPs, our professionals use master documents for manufacturing of our life products. All the master documents are mandatorily reviewed periodically and kept safely as their circulation is restricted to few authorized users. Any changes in the documents are diligently checked, authorized and signed by two independent persons, and all but one superseded copies are destroyed. This copy is stored for future reference purposes and is notably marked as "superceded".

Our production planning department is engaged in issuing computerized Batch production records (BPR) for manufacturing a batch. The corresponding formulation order is as per the master formula issued by formulation development laboratory. The computer assigns particular quantities of raw materials, both active and inactive, based on the bill of materials for that particular batch on FIRD basis. These materials are used for any particular batch corresponding to the quality control analytical reference number given in the formulation order. This is done by a technician in presence of a warehouse supervisor.

We have comprehensive and clearly defined quality policies, which are enforced strictly by our quality control department in all aspects. With a total quality management approach, we have been specifically designing our quality management system to ensure zero defect products. All the procedures of evaluation and validation are carried out by our departmental experts, which are approved by quality assurance department in the end. The QA department also has the following functions:

• Preparing issue and updating quality policies
• Maintaining and controlling all documentation related to technology, transfer attending market complaints and regulatory affairs.
• Conducting internal audit operation system
• Preparing specifications and STPS

Our quality control department is an integral part of the quality assurance department. The QC department is headed by a highly trained and competent quality control managers. The major functions of the quality control department are:

• To approve / reject raw and packaging materials as per respective SOP
• To test-in process samples as per respective SOP
• To test finished goods as per respective SOP
• To carry out stability studies as per respective SOP
• To test water as per respective SOP

Our entire products are safely prepared under hygienically clean and safe environment and with the use of best quality chemicals. We also use latest techniques so that they can be preserved for longer time and can be imparted with longer expiry period. We use best quality packaging materials so that they can be shipped safely over longer distances.
